LONDON / EXHIBITION STAFFING
Exhibition hosts, brand ambassadors and visitor-facing staff for your Olympia London brief. Tell us your hall, your audience and what you want each conversation to achieve.
YOUR EVENT. YOUR OBJECTIVES.
For a trade exhibition, plan who welcomes visitors, qualifies interest and hands over to your sales specialists. For a consumer show, consider product demonstrations, sampling and sales support, with clear instructions for product questions and busy periods.
Start the conversation, explain your offer and introduce the right visitors to your team. Agree the key messages and handover process before opening.
Discuss check-in, directions, visitor questions and queue guidance. Share the event plan and agree the responsibilities for each position.
Olympia’s event spaces include the Grand Hall, National Hall and West Hall. Put the exact hall and level in your brief, alongside your stand number. Your organiser’s arrival instructions should be the team’s shared reference.

Yes. Choose the email quotation option and share your brief. For an event less than seven days away, use an enquiry so availability can be checked directly.
Explore Envisage’s published exhibition and attraction projects at other UK venues, including the F1 Exhibition at ExCeL London and Pet Munchies at Crufts at the NEC. These demonstrate the wider group’s work; they are not project claims for Olympia London.

EXHIBITING FROM OVERSEAS?
Start with what your own team needs to concentrate on. A welcome team can identify visitors and direct them to the right colleague while your specialists handle detailed conversations. If you need sales or lead generation, specify the qualifying questions and how enquiries should be handed over.
Provide the event name, hall, level and stand number, together with current staff access instructions from your organiser. Include the arrival contact, briefing location and dress code. Confirm where materials can be stored and who is responsible for stock or equipment.
For demonstrations, plan how the audience will gather and how staff should manage waiting visitors. For sampling, provide handling instructions and a replenishment plan. The right staffing brief depends on your activity, not simply the size of the venue.
How many people? Start with the positions you need covered at the same time, then consider busy periods and breaks. Plan your headcount ↗
What hours should I book? Include required briefing and setup, not only public opening times. If cover exceeds the 13-hour shift limit, split it between shifts. Prepare for event day ↗
