Support for launches, stores and local campaigns.

Promotional staff help people notice and engage with your campaign. Their work can include handing out campaign material, welcoming shoppers, explaining an offer and directing interested visitors to a store or activity. The right approach depends on the audience and setting.

This is a broad service: choose brand ambassadors in the estimate builder for general promotional activity, sampling staff for product sampling, or sales / lead generation staff when the main task is active selling or collecting qualified enquiries.

Give each location a workable plan.

For a store launch, explain where staff should stand, who manages the site and how customers should be directed into the store. For street activity, confirm permissions with the relevant site operator or authority and share the approved working area.

Prepare enough materials for the planned activity, identify a replenishment contact and agree what happens if weather or footfall changes. If the campaign covers several sites, supply the staff numbers and hours for each location.

Small teams deserve a clear brief too.

A pair of staff can have distinct jobs: one starts conversations while the other explains the next step. Clear responsibilities help avoid gaps and duplicated effort. Our Radley and Homesense project pages show different ways small teams have supported retail openings.

Include the dress code, arrival contact, campaign messages and any reporting requirements. We manage payroll, right-to-work checks and coordination as part of the agreed staffing service.

Relevant experience.
