Front & Centre Staffing is operated by Envisage Promotions Ltd. This notice explains how we handle information provided through this website.
Who is responsible?
Envisage Promotions Ltd is the data controller and invoicing company. Company number: 07346350. VAT registration number: 136 2089 22.
Registered office: Suite 1B, The Hall, Rugby Road, Wolston, Coventry, England, CV8 3FZ. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@envisagepromotions.co.uk.
Envisage’s privacy policy
This notice supplements Envisage’s published privacy policy (PDF) with information specific to Front & Centre. The PDF contains the former Buckwell Lane address; use the registered office above for current correspondence.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange staffing, manage bookings and invoicing, and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. Relevant event instructions and contact details may be shared with staff assigned to your booking.
What these forms collect
Enquiries collect your name, contact details and staffing brief. Booking requests also collect company and invoice details, event locations, arrival and safety instructions, staff preferences, authorisation details and terms acknowledgements. The authoriser’s day and month of birth, without the year, is collected at booking in line with Envisage’s existing booking form. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
The quote builder calculates your estimate on the website server. Submitting a plan saves your details and staffing requirements for the team; it does not confirm a booking. Enquiries and estimates are intended for hello@envisagepromotions.co.uk; booking requests are intended for orders@envisagepromotions.co.uk. When email forwarding is enabled, form notifications are processed by Web3Forms (Web3Creative). We send the contact details, staffing brief and booking information needed to respond; private access tokens and the authoriser’s birth day and month are excluded from notification emails. Web3Forms may process information outside the UK and retains submissions for up to three years unless a shorter period is configured. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy for processing and retention details. The submission result tells you whether the email service has accepted a notification; acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. If email sending is unavailable, the saved website record remains and you can contact the team directly.
Drafts, storage and private links
Unfinished plans and contact details are held in this browser tab to carry between steps. Drafts are discarded when next read after 24 hours without edits and normally clear when the tab closes. “Start a fresh quote” clears the current draft. Submitted requests are stored separately on the hosted website for the authorised team.
A booking-status link contains a private access token. Anyone holding that link can read the associated booking brief, contact and invoice details and progress. Keep it confidential. Enquiry-only links show limited progress information.
Payment, cookies and security
No payment is taken on this website and no card details are collected. The team checks booking requests and raises an invoice for payment. No analytics or advertising scripts have been added. Hosting services process technical request information to operate and secure the site. Anonymous submissions are rate-limited using a hashed IP address and a request counter; raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters.
Retention and your choices
Envisage’s published policy provides for keeping basic personal records for at least six years and marketing information until you opt out. Retention and deletion are managed by Envisage; this website does not automatically delete submitted requests. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
