HOW WE WORK

Good delivery starts
before the doors open.

A practical outline of the conversations that turn an initial enquiry into a clear staffing brief.

1. Define the job

Agree the audience, objectives, roles, dates, working hours and venue. For an exhibition, that may mean separating greeting, demonstrations and lead capture. For an attraction, it may mean covering admissions, galleries, retail and interactive zones.

2. Agree the scope

Clarify what is included in the quote: preparation, supervision, travel, uniforms and any specialist requirements. Distinguish your on-site responsibilities from the agency’s, including training and escalation arrangements.

3. Prepare the people

A useful brief gives people the information they need to act confidently: a named contact, arrival point, brand language, products or activities, break arrangements and procedures for asking for help.

4. Plan the operating day

Consider opening, peak arrival periods, breaks and closing. A role that needs continuous coverage needs a cover plan. Where activities require specific training, establish who provides and verifies it.

5. Learn from delivery

Agree how feedback is collected. For a long run, revisit the plan as visitor demand changes. For a campaign, review whether conversations and activity matched the brief.

Ask about changes before you need them.

Discuss absence reporting, cover availability, urgent contacts and approval of extra hours before the event. Do not assume replacement cover is guaranteed: agree the actual arrangements for your booking.

How your team is selected.

James, Faith, Megan, Jaden and Karen are the recruitment team matching people to your booking. Start with the tasks, relevant experience, required skills and the kind of customer interaction you need.

You review the profiles.

Choose to receive profiles and approve the staff. Make your essential criteria clear so the proposed team can be assessed against the job.

We select your team.

Ask us to choose the best-fit people for the brief and let you know who is booked. You can focus on the rest of the event.

Short notice? Still send the request.

For bookings less than seven days away, submit your requirements without paying. We review availability and send a payment request after approval. We aim to respond within 30 minutes of receiving your request during office hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm UK time.

Ongoing booking support is available every day, 7am–10pm UK time. Use the contact in your booking confirmation.
