A clearer quote.
With your AI assistant.
Your brief, our agreed rates. A connected assistant can calculate an estimate using the same pricing engine as our website.
Start with the essentials.
Tell your assistant where and when the staff are needed, how many people you need and what they will do. Include any briefing or setup in their arrival time.
- Dates and times. Each working date, arrival time and finish time, in UK local time.
- The team. The role and number of staff for each date.
- The location. A town, city or venue. Say whether staff stay at one workplace during each shift.
- The brief and billing. Duties, invoicing country and whether the customer is a UK business, overseas business or private individual.
Try: “Please estimate two exhibition staff at ExCeL London on [your date], arriving at 09:00 and finishing at 17:15. They will welcome visitors at one stand. We are a UK business.”
The assistant should ask for anything missing, find the correct venue and calculate the price. An 8-hour 15-minute shift is charged as 8½ hours; your requested arrival and finish times stay as entered.
See the price and the next step.
Your estimate includes the dated staffing plan, chargeable hours, inclusive staffing subtotal, VAT and total in pounds. Role, location, overnight, holiday and booking-volume adjustments are calculated together.
If your plan needs approval, that must appear alongside the price. For example, some locations need an availability check even with seven or more days’ notice. Bookings above 40 staff shifts, unlisted locations and uncertain tax treatment need a tailored quote.
An estimate is not a confirmed booking. It does not send an enquiry, take payment, reserve staff or lock the price. Recalculate if your plan changes or before booking, then continue on the website to send your requirements.
Connected assistants and access.
This website is currently a private preview. Authorised users can connect its quote tools in ChatGPT or Codex. That connection gives the assistant a direct way to read current rules, search locations and calculate estimates.
Public search assistants cannot access the private preview. Public discovery will need a separate public launch with indexing enabled. Supporting an assistant does not guarantee that a search engine will index the site or that every assistant will use its quote tools.

The Site’s connected tools are get_staffing_quote_rules, search_staffing_locations and calculate_staffing_estimate. The authenticated Site connection uses /mcp. These tools are read-only and never receive private payroll records or individual travel allowances.
HTTP integrations can search with GET /api/locations?query=ExCeL, read GET /api/quote-rules, and calculate with POST /api/estimate. Site access is required while the preview remains private. Do not send contact or payment details to these endpoints.
Use the exact location returned by search. The JSON request has location, customerType, billingCountry, duties, pricingScope, travel and shifts. Each shift has a supported role, start/end dates and times, staff count and an optional location override. The API specification defines every field.
draft_estimate- A non-binding calculated estimate; no staff reserved.
estimate_requires_approval- A calculated price with approval reasons that must be shown.
manual_review_required- No total is supplied. Refer the complete plan to the team.
needs_information- Ask for the missing details before calculating.
Amounts use integer GBP pence. Preserve requested and billed hours, show net/VAT/total where supplied, and include all review reasons, the calculation timestamp and source link. Do not reconstruct a quote from reference base prices or treat a saved estimate as availability confirmation.
