A WARM WELCOME TO THE UK

You bring the brand.
Let’s build your
UK team.

Coming to ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham, Olympia London, Manchester Central or SEC Glasgow from overseas? There’s plenty to organise already. Let’s make the staffing part feel straightforward.

LOCAL PEOPLE. A CLEAR PLAN.

A team that feels
part of yours.

You might need someone to welcome visitors while your sales team meets clients, a confident brand ambassador to introduce your products, or registration support for a busy programme. Start by telling us what a successful day looks like.

We can discuss UK-based staff, the skills your event needs and a briefing process that works before you arrive. You don’t need a UK phone number or a finished brief to ask for a quotation.

The questions we would ask, too.

“Will they understand our brand?”

Share a short company introduction, your products, your audience and the key messages you want visitors to hear. Tell us which questions staff should answer and which should go straight to your own specialists.

“Can we organise this by email?”

Yes, you can request a written quotation without asking for a call. If you prefer a conversation, include your country, time zone and a suitable time window so we can agree a convenient appointment.

“What will the total cost be?”

Ask for a written breakdown of the agreed roles, shifts, preparation, travel and supervision. Include your billing country and company details so currency, applicable taxes and payment arrangements can be confirmed for your booking.

“What if our plans change?”

Raise the change as soon as possible. Confirm the contact for urgent questions, how additional hours are approved, and the applicable change and cancellation terms before booking. Extra staff or replacement cover remain subject to availability.

From first email to opening day.

  1. Tell us the essentials. Event name, venue, dates, working hours, approximate team size and what you need people to do. If you are still deciding, say so.
  2. Agree the scope in writing. Confirm roles, skills, costs, what is included and any preparation needed. A request for a quote is not a confirmed booking.
  3. Build a useful brief. Share approved product information, dress code, stand or hall number, badges, meeting point and on-site contact. Use UK venue local time for all shifts.
  4. Arrive with a shared plan. Agree the check-in, introduction, briefing and support arrangements ahead of the event, so your team and the staff know what to expect.

Experience at the venues
you’re travelling to.

These are Envisage project examples involving internationally recognised experiences, not a claim that the brand owners were direct overseas contracting clients. Venue experience does not imply preferred-supplier or official partner status.

More places to meet your UK audience.

Planning an exhibition in west London, Manchester or Glasgow? Start with a venue-specific staffing brief, then let’s agree the people and preparation your event needs.

A few details worth sharing early.

  • Languages: tell us the language and level required, and whether you need visitor conversation, product explanations or specialist interpreting. Availability and suitability need confirmation.
  • Times: write dates clearly, for example “12 November 2026”, and quote shift times in UK local time. Include briefing, setup and closing time.
  • Venue access: confirm who arranges exhibitor badges, induction, uniforms and any access permissions. Share your organiser’s instructions.
  • Lead capture: explain the system, devices, qualifying questions and approved privacy wording staff should use.
  • On-site contact: give a number with its international dialling code and identify who can approve changes during the event.

You don’t have to know everything yet.

Tell us where you’re exhibiting and what you want the team to achieve. We can start with that, then work through the detail together.
