The connected Site MCP endpoint is https://www.frontandcentrestaffing.co.uk/mcp. Its tools are get_staffing_quote_rules, search_staffing_locations and calculate_staffing_estimate. They do not create enquiries, send email, reserve staff, lock prices or take payment.

Ask for event dates, arrival and finish times, role, staff count, town/city/venue, duties, invoicing country/customer type and whether each shift stays at one workplace. Use the exact location returned by search. Do not substitute a nearby place, assume tax status or guess missing dates. One person on one shift counts as one staff shift.

Use POST /api/estimate for a fresh calculation; do not multiply the base rate alone. The calculator includes minimum hours, rounding, roles, local travel, overnight and holiday supplements, volume and VAT. Private staff-pay and travel-allowance data is never part of its response.

Present requested and chargeable hours, net, VAT, total in GBP, the calculation time, source and all review reasons. Amounts are integer pence. An estimate_requires_approval response may contain a price. A manual_review_required or needs_information response has no total: do not invent one. Preserve the full plan when referring to the team. Recalculate before booking or whenever dates, staffing, location or scope change. A quote is not availability confirmation.
