The brief.
Pet Munchies needed an exhibition team who could combine sales, promotion and brand awareness at Crufts. The work involved busy customer conversations, a broad product range and practical help with the stand.
What the team did.
Envisage supplied brand ambassadors and sales staff to serve visitors, give out samples and promote a range of more than 30 treats. Briefing covered the products and what staff were expected to achieve each day, so they could take an active role on the stand.
Riggers supported the work before and after the show, helping set up the stand and products and packing down at the end. The staffing brief therefore covered both the public-facing event and the practical work around it.
How it helped.
The team gave Pet Munchies support across the exhibition cycle. Envisage’s March 2021 account describes more than 100 exhibition staff supplied at the NEC since 2014. This is a historical cumulative total, not a claim that 100 people worked at one show or that the relationship remains ongoing.
Reported by Envisage in its published case study. Historical project information is not a guarantee of future performance.
