ENVISAGE IN ACTION / IMMERSIVE EXHIBITIONS
Tutankhamun Exhibition
For a large immersive exhibition, the visitor experience depends on coordination across every area. Envisage provided daily staffing and on-site management for the London exhibition.
ExCeL London · March–June 2025

THE DELIVERY
2,501 staffing shifts.
An event manager, 20–26 brand ambassadors and 2–3 retail staff daily.
The staffing brief
The London run needed daily cover across several distinct visitor-facing roles from March to June 2025. The staffing plan combined an event manager with 20–26 brand ambassadors and 2–3 retail staff each day, rather than treating every position as the same assignment.
What the team did
The team covered ticketing, customer engagement, photo opportunities and retail. On-site management coordinated the team and its responsibilities across the visitor journey.
How that helped
Visitors had people to welcome them, answer questions and help them move through the experience. The organiser had an on-site management contact to coordinate the staffing.
