The brief.
The festival brief needed more than people who could wear a costume. Playmobil needed performers who could entertain children in character, then step out of costume and represent the brand at its event tent.
How we approached it.
Envisage supplied three experienced performers with both character and promotional skills. They danced on the main stage, engaged children without relying on speech, distributed flyers and helped manage the tent. The same team could move between performance and practical brand-ambassador duties.
What the team made possible.
That combination gave the brand support at several points in the festival day: catching attention on stage, interacting with families and helping at the tent. It is a useful example of selecting people for everything a role involves, rather than simply matching them to a costume.

Costume performers & chaperones
Bring your character to life with a costume performer in your own supplied costume. Six hours costs £206, with additional hours at £18 or half-hours at £9, before applicable travel, booking adjustments and VAT.
Add an optional chaperone at standard staffing rates to help your performer move safely and support visitor interactions.
We recommend 20–40 minutes of performance followed by a 20-minute break. This varies depending on the costume and temperature.
