The brief.
Local Mercedes-Benz dealership promotions needed approachable staff to introduce display vehicles, raise awareness of the dealership and gather useful enquiries for its sales team.
What the team did.
Staff learned about the vehicles before the campaign, wore the supplied Mercedes jackets and invited passing visitors to take a closer look. They showed people around the cars, kept the display looking clean and tidy, and collected contact details from interested visitors. Questions beyond their product knowledge went to dealership specialists.
The published account covers A-Class, CLA-Class and C-Class displays. It describes more than 200 promotional staff supplied across a number of local dealership campaigns, including Poole, Salisbury, Guildford, Basingstoke and Swindon. That is a historical cumulative figure, not the size of a single event team.
How it helped.
Visitors had an approachable first point of contact, while dealership teams received enquiries to follow up. Envisage reports positive dealership feedback about test-drive interest; no independently measured sales uplift is claimed here.
