What the team did
The team supported ticketing, customer engagement, photo opportunities and retail, with an event manager coordinating daily staffing.
How that helped
Visitors had people to welcome them, answer questions and help them move through the experience. The organiser had an on-site management contact to coordinate the staffing.
The shift total covers this project and period. It is not a venue-wide figure or a count of individual staff members.
