The delivery challenge.
Interactive attractions needed more than a welcome team: simulators, photo points, galleries and audio guides all required coverage at the same time.
How the plan worked.
Envisage supplied staff across the interactive and visitor-facing roles, with break cover included in the schedule. Its published record reports 12,805 hours over 1,104 shifts and 99.18% attendance.
What this means for your brief.
List each activity that needs an operator. Include training and relief cover so an attraction does not have to stop whenever someone takes a break.
