The brief.
The Events Company needed flexible support across a summer programme of corporate family fun days and team challenges. Some bookings required one person; others needed a team of five.
How we approached it.
Envisage staff helped run hook-a-duck and shooting-gallery stalls, supported inflatable activities and guided guests through team challenges. They arrived in agreed black clothing, checked in with the event manager and worked within the organiser’s existing team.
What the team made possible.
This gave the organiser support suited to each booking, from a single activity to a larger celebration. The emphasis was on people who could follow the on-site brief, get involved and keep a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and their families.
