The delivery challenge.
A busy exhibition needed consistent visitor-facing cover across ticketing, photo points and galleries. Changing footfall and long operating days made preparation and flexible scheduling important.
How the plan worked.
Envisage briefed staff on guest questions and visitor flow, coordinated with on-site management and adjusted staffing to changing demand. The published delivery record is 13,234 hours across 2,513 shifts, with 99.52% attendance.
What this means for your brief.
