The brief.

Chessington Garden Centre’s Christmas Wonderland had grown into an established family attraction. It needed a team of Santa performers to cover a busy five-week programme through to Christmas Eve.

How we approached it.

Envisage matched four performers to the venue’s requirements, drawing on experience from previous seasons. The client requested favourite returning staff, helping preserve familiarity with the setting and its visitors. The published account also describes a dog-friendly grotto and one performer, Santa Chris, using his Makaton skills during his shifts.

What the team made possible.

The project illustrates the value of continuity in a seasonal team, alongside matching particular skills to the experience. The Makaton example relates to that performer and project; any communication or accessibility requirements for a new event would be agreed separately.
